President: Glad to Hear things went well.
Vice President: Mandatory house cleaning at 5 pm Wednesday
Treasurer: Pay up. Next payment is next Wednesday.
Corresponding Secretary: Some New Mail and Thank yous…see Dauber
Recording Secretary: Fill our absentee form if you must miss something. I have motion forms
Sergeant at Arms: Be there this week for all mandatory events of fill out a absentee form. Be smart about your actions at homecoming events this week.
Education: New songs were given to associates along with a paper on goals before graduation, discussed Olympics. 20 interviews by next week.
IFC: Hwy clean up last week. No meeting this week. Advisement on the 23rd so go to your meeting.
Social: Alpha Phi. Rock and Roll
Athletic: Sign ups will be coming up shortly.
Historian: Take pictures this week.
Philanthropy: Thanks for those who came to River Heights. Lawn clean up in the near future. Tricker Treat for Canned Goods drive in the making.
Publicity: Polos $16 from J.B Rim
Brotherhood: Nothing Important
SSA: Congratulations for New SSA Members
Fundraising: Spaghetti Dinner 14th of November. Sign up for shifts. Wednesday and Friday Cookout at BadaBingz.
Rush: Wear Letters and talk to potentials.
Info Man: Got picture and minutes posted. Learning to use program.
Homecoming/Greek Week: List of events will be emailed out tonight. Sweatshirts for $28 at house…Talk to Biscuit or Luscious.
Alumni: New guys make sure to meet the alumni that will be up this week.
House: If you haven’t lived at the house and can, you need to in order to ever hold Omega Alumni Status.
Formal: Between the Radisson and Marriott in Lacrosse. Between $100 and $120.
Scholarship: Study Sessions in Library. Make sure your grades are your number 1 priority.
Risk Manager: Fix house drains.
