Phi Sigma Phi Meeting Minutes
September 9th, 2007
President: Assigned chairs to everyone. Talk to Shiner for you chair if you weren't here. We have a few people on probation and some guys need to step it up this semester. We are doing the Playground Build this year. Keep your eyes and ears out to support the Greek community because of recent crimes against other organizations. Rush BBQ Thursday 6:00. Pig Roast on Saturday.
Vice President: Mandatory house cleanup Tuesday 5:00 or talk to Wally.
Treasurer: Pay up your left over amounts from last year.
Corresponding Secretary: Get grades up. Dauber and Ryan went to the national's event this summer. National Conclave next summer.
Recording Secretary: I have forms if anyone needs them.
Advisor: Get up grades. Be smart about everything and how if affects the organizations.
Sergeant at arms: Make sure you use proper procedures within the meeting.
Education: Semester timeline is setup
IFC: Had a meeting with a few recruitment ideas.
Social: Ask the Alpha Phi's to do a social this week.
Athletic: Softball – Games will be held @ Wakanda on Mondays.
Historian: Come up with new ideas.
Philanthropy: October 10 through the 14th – Playground Build
Publicity: Talk to Trip
Brotherhood: Cabin trip to Milty's Cabin in a few weekends.
SSA: Meeting this Tuesday. Talk to Wally if interested.
Fundraising: Spaghetti dinner for sure.
Rush: Wear letters and call up potential members to come to the BBQ
Info Man: none
Homecoming/Greek Week: Stout Rock Stars for homecoming theme.
Alumni: Sending out a mass email.
House: House members will be charged an extra $20 for late rent payments. Pay rent
Formal: Ideas being thrown around.
Scholarship: Study Session Wednesday 4-6 in the Library's 4th floor for people on probation and rookies.
Risk Manager: none
Librarian: Give H-Dot your papers
Pride Award: Tony Mehof for filling the empty room.
