March 4th, 2007
President: No meeting next week because of spring break. Fonz is no longer with us.
Vice President: If you need help as for it and we will help you out. Put your time into your school work and academics. Be safe on spring break.
Treasurer: Dues to be paid up asap.
Corresponding Secretary: Sent a letter to Alpha Phi’s to accept their invitation to Rochester. Composites will be here soon. Setting up Ronald McDonald house trip soon.
Recording Secretary: I have forms if you need them.

Sergeant:
Education: No meeting for the new guys next week. Date party ideas are going to be voted on tonight.
IFC: Talking about events and assigning committees.
Social: N/a
Athletic: We lost dodge ball. Last game is at Tuesday 8:30
Historian: We need to update the plaques at the house.
Philanthropy: Relay for life is coming up.
Publicity: Made up a flier this week for the spaghetti dinner.
Brotherhood: Paintball wouldn’t work for today because of some complications. Paintball is rescheduled for the 25th of March (after spring break).
SSA: Not here
Fundraising: Thanks to everyone who came to the Brat fry. Spaghetti dinner tickets are being handed out tonight. We are also doing a Pancake break fest at some point in the future on a Sunday morning.
Rush: None
Info Man: Website needs to be updated and the picture needs to be added from last weeks meeting.
Homecoming/ Greek Week: We are in charge of it with Phi Theta Chi. This will take place April 21st to the 27th. Olympics will be the 21st. For complete schedule talk to Luscious. This provides some conflicts with formal.
Alumni: Fill out your alumni papers and get them to Cooter.
House Manager: Fill the house
Formal: Ike Walton (two cabins rented out for e-board) for spring. Get in your money for deposit to Milty.
Scholarship: 4th floor Wednesday 4 - 6 p.m. (speak to Floss with questions). Midterms are coming up. Get on it.
Risk Management: We need to shovel the walkway.
Librarian: Needs info to file.
Pride Award: Brat selling crew.
