President: Milty - New Treasurer (Cotton gone on Intern) / More order in the fraternity. New Chairs are assigned.
Vice President: Study and Keep up. Make sure Everyone Does there jobs
Treasurer: Dues are going to be paid on time and this semester there are no exceptions.
Corresponding Secretary:
Recording Secretary: Sending minutes to Info man to be put on website
Advisor: n/a
Sergeant: All mandatory attendance is going to be enforced.
Education: Rush is very important this semester
IFC: Fundraising idea for IFC. Meetings on Wednesdays at 6:00. Need typed active roster and $4 per member by two weeks from tonight??
Social: None
Athletic: Signing up for dodgeball-sign up with Pepe
Historian: Didn’t construct book yet. Pictures to be updated
Philanthropy: Big even coming up in March-mandatory. Further information will be soon available
Publicity: Pegboard with pictures of events will be put together for the display case to make easy setup/List of People who owe for Hats. Rush flyer needs to be made.
Brotherhood: Polar plunge option?? Paintball is an option/Ski Jump
SSA: Go to meeting on Tuesday.
Fundraising: Spaghetti dinner will be happening again this semester. Re-weld the leg onto the grill
Rush: Business cards or maybe pencils are options to make. New Members are needed.
Info Man: Setting up the computer to update website.
Homecoming/ Greek Week: No report.
Alumni: Large alumni Database is in progress.
House Manager: House isn’t full yet for next year.
Formal: Ike Walton
Scholarship: Setting up study sessions for new members and people on Academic Probation to ensure minimum GPA’s are met.
Risk Management: Setup security system to protect the house.
Librarian: Need information to store
