President: Go to advisement day Tuesday. Associate Olympics Tuesday. Spaghetti Dinner November 14th. Canned food drive on Halloween.
Vice President: Thanks to Luscious.
Treasurer: Next Payment Next week of $25 for associates.
Corresponding Secretary: Trick or treat for caned goods.
Recording Secretary: Ask me for forms.
Sergeant at arms: Come to mandatory events
Education: Write a paper for next week. A few guys passed the practice test, but some others need to get working on things. Class project needs to get started.
IFC: No meeting last week because of Homecoming.
Social: Phi Theta Chi and Sigmas. Date party in 2 weeks.
Athletic: Kickball
Historian: Make a book.
Philanthropy: October 29th or November 5th For Adopt a Yard.
Publicity: Display Case is set up for this week.
Brotherhood: None
SSA: Talk to J.B Rim for SSA issues.
Fundraising: Spaghetti Dinner Tickets = $40 per Active.
Rush: Talk to New Guys
Info Man: Doesn’t Do Anything
Homecoming/Greek Week: We Won!
Alumni: Lots of Alumni back in town this week which is good to see.
House: Fill out the Lease for the house next year.
Formal: December 1st Formal at the Marriott in La Crosse at $109 divided by two couples with two double beds. Jacuzzi sweets available for $135. Mugs will be made too.
Scholarship: Bring in your grades by Wednesday.
Risk Manager: Fixing the stairs.
Librarian: Give work to H Dot
