Preamble
In order to provide a medium for the encouragement of high scholastic and social achievements, we establish the Omega Chapter of Phi Sigma Phi National Fraternity, Inc., located at the University of Wisconsin-Stout in Menomonie, Wisconsin. Founded on brotherhood and dedicated to the concept of mutual understanding and cooperation, we shall stand in opposition to ignorance, bigotry, and provincialism. Justice, honor, and wisdom, the long held ultimate achievements in society, shall be our constant aspirations and hopes, both individually and corporately.
Constitutional Objective
The Objective of this Constitution shall be to maintain a stable and united fraternity on the campus of the University of Wisconsin-Stout. This Constitution shall contain the fraternity's name, responsibilities, and system of membership.
THE OMEGA CHAPTER CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS
THE CONSTITUTION
Article I - Name
The name of this organization shall be the Omega Chapter of Phi Sigma Phi National Fraternity, Incorporated, at University of Wisconsin-Stout in Menomonie, Wisconsin.
Article II - AUTHORITY
Section 1 The Chain of Authority for the Omega Chapter is as follows:
1. Federal laws and regulations
2. State and Local laws and regulations
3. Phi Sigma Phi National Constitution
4. Omega Chapter Constitution
5. Robert's Rules of Order
6. National Motions
7. National Executive Board
8. Local Motions
9. Local Executive Board
Section 2. The rules contained in Robert's Rules of Order, revised, shall govern this chapter and the Executive Board in all cases to which they are applicable, and in which they aren't inconsistent to the Constitution, By-Laws, or special rules of order in this chapter.
Article III - Quorum
Quorum is two-thirds (2/3) the number of active members that shall be necessary to pass a amendment to the Constitution or By-Laws or matters pertaining to the general welfare of the chapter or when the rights of a member will be in any way affected.
Article IV - Membership
Section 1. Membership in this chapter shall be the same as that described in the National Constitution of Phi Sigma Phi National Fraternity, Inc.
Section 2. The membership of this chapter shall consist of all those duly associated and principles, purposes, and ideals of the chapter.
Section 3. No brother who is a Active of this chapter shall be denied the privileges of voting, participation in free debate, or the attending of social events.
Section 4. No Active of this chapter shall be deprived of the rights of membership for any reason, except he be adjudged guilty of violating the principles, purposes, and ideals of this chapter. This action shall be executed by the chapter assembled or by the Executive Board acting as an agent of the chapter.
Section 5. Minimum Grade Point Average Requirement.
1. All Active Members of the Omega Chapter must maintain their current minimum grade point average at 2.20 or above each semester. 2. Any Active Members who fails to maintain his minimum grade point average at 2.20 or above will be placed on probation during the following academic semester.
3. Any Active Member who fails to reach a minimum grade point average of 2.20 during the following semester while on probation will be expelled from the Fraternity. [Section Adopted March 5, 1988][Section Revised Fall, 2002]
Section 6. A mandatory exam shall be given to all active members of the chapter during the second week of each semester regarding the fraternity insignia, paraphernalia, history, and other relevant items administered by the Associate Education Chairman and Associate Education Assistant.[Section Adopted Spring 1991]
Section 7. Any member who has two (2) unexcused absences during any quarter or three (3) unexcused absences during any semester shall be cast from the fraternity. For every time an active has an unexcused absence, that person(s) will receive 40 fines.[Section Amended Spring 1998]
Article V - Education And New Member Admission
Section 1. A Ninety-Percent affirmative vote of a quorum will be needed for an Associate presented by the Educators to become an Active Member in the Omega Chapter of Phi Sigma Phi National Fraternity Inc.

Section 2. If an active can not attend the Activation Vote for the Associates, it is the Active’s responsibility to place an Absentee Vote for each Associate with either the Educators or the President. If a vote is placed, there will be one more added to quorum and the appropriate side of the Absentee Vote for voting of the Associate. If an Active chooses not to place an Absentee vote, the Active will have no input on the Associates and place his trust in the Active Brothers that are voting and except the consequences of not voting.
Section 3. Every Active member is required to vote on the Associate. If a member does not participate in the vote or does not place an Absentee Vote prior to when the Activation Vote takes place, that member will be placed on probation immediately for a time period ending at the conclusion of the second regularly scheduled business meeting following the vote, the Executive Board can suspend the probation for extenuating circumstances with proper appeals.

Article VI - MEETINGS
Section 1. The regular meetings of this chapter shall be held at least once a week during the regular academic term in accordance with a schedule to be announced by the President at the beginning of each semester.
Section 2. Adjourned meetings of adjourned sessions shall be held when proper provisions are made for them.
Section 3. Special meetings may be called by the President or by a petition signed by one-third (1/3) of the Actives of the chapter. All brothers shall receive a written notification of such special meetings stating the time, place, and purpose of such meetings. This notification shall be delivered at least twenty -four (24) hors prior to such meetings.
Article VII - Officers
Section 1. There shall be two (2) classifications of officers of this chapter. One (1) of these shall be to conduct official business of the chapter are elected Constitutional Officers. The other classification of officers is to carry out specific tasks in promoting the interests of the membership.
Section 2. The elected Constitutional Officers listed in order of their rank shall be the President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Corresponding Secretary, and the Recording Secretary. These five Constitutional Officers shall compose the Executive Board.
Section 3. All Constitutional Officers shall serve a one-year term.
Section 4. The Non-Constitutional Officers shall have no rank among themselves. They shall be the Alumni Secretary, Associate Education Chairman, Associate Education Assistant, Athletic Director, Cannon Chair, Chaplain, For Your Entertainment Representative, Fundraising Chair, Formal Chair, Greek Week Chair, Historian, House Manager, House Manger's Assistant, Information Manager, Inter Fraternity Council Senior Representative, Inter Fraternity Council Junior Representative, Inter Greek Council Senior Representative, Inter Greek Council Junior Representative, Parliamentarian, Philanthropy, Publicity Director, Risk Management, Rush Chair, Sargent At Arms, Scholarship Chair, Social Chairman, Stout Student Association Representative, and any other officers deemed necessary for the efficient operation of the chapter.
Section 5. Non-Constitutional officer's terms shall be one semester to one year in duration.
Article VIII - Finances
Section 1. The Active membership shall be empowered to enact By-Laws prescribing chapter Active fees, fines, and assessments.
Section 2. Active Fees will consist of what is prescribed by the National Constitution of Phi Sigma Phi National Fraternity and the Local Constitution of the Omega Chapter By-Laws.
Section 3. The active membership shall be empowered to enact By-Laws prescribing Associate Fees. They shall be prohibited from levying special assessments on new member Associates.
Section 4. The Treasurer shall sign all checks disbursing chapter funds only with the approval of the President.
Article IX - Amendments
Section 1. Any amendments to this Constitution may be submitted to the membership in copies for all Actives at any regular meeting of the chapter or at any special meeting called for that purpose.
Section 2. Amendments to this constitution shall be voted upon no sooner than two (2) meetings after the notice of intention to amend has been introduced.
Section 3. A three-fourths (3/4) vote of quorum shall be necessary for the adoption of any amendments to this Constitution.
Article X - Effective Date
The effective date of this constitution, the By-Laws of this chapter, the Standing Rules of the chapter, and any amendments thereof, shall be immediately upon their adoption, unless otherwise specified. No amendment, which would cause any law to be ex post facto, shall be adopted by this chapter.
The By-Laws
By-Law 1 - CHAPTER LEGISLATION
Section 1. This chapter shall be given the power to enact such rules and legislation as it may deem fitting and proper for the promotion of the best interests of the chapter.
Section 2. Such rules and legislation shall be classified and codified according to areas which they affect.
BY -LAW 2 - NOMINATION AND ELECTON OF OFFICERS
Section 1. Members shall be eligible for office in this chapter when they have been Active in this chapter for a period of no less than two hundred ten (210) days. They must also be enrolled at this college for the ensuing year, and possess at least a 2.2 for both their cumulative and prior semester grade point averages.
Section 2. Nominations
1. The nominations shall be made by the Executive Board acting as a Nominating committee.
2. The Nominating Committee shall nominate two (2) candidates for each office
3. No self- nominations shall be accepted. All additional nominations must be submitted to the Corresponding Secretary nine (9) full days before the day of elections. These nominations must be signed by the person doing the nominating and the person being nominated, and they must state qualifications for the nomination.
4. The Nominating Committee shall make up the final ballot. No one may appear on the ballot more than three times. In case a person is nominated for more than three offices, he shall choose the three (3) times. In case a person is nominated for more than three (3) offices, he shall choose the three (3) for which he most wishes to run.
5. Each candidate will be allowed up to 5 minutes, in the meeting prior to the elections, to explain why they would fit in the desired position, and answer questions that members of the fraternity deem necessary. Besides these 5 minutes, NO campaigning of any kind shall be permitted.

6. The final report of the Nominating Committee shall be made at the meeting one week prior to elections.
7. Proof of the minimum Grade Point Average (as stated in Article IV Section 5.) is required to accept a nomination for an elected constitutional officer position.

Section 3. Elections
1. Elections shall be by secret ballot.
2. No Active shall be elected too more than one (1) office during any one term.
3. That no Active member shall be elected to serve more than one (1) term concurrently for the position being held.
4. An Active member receiving a simple majority of quorum of votes cast shall constitute an election to the said office.
Section 4. The oath of office for Constitutional Officers shall be administered at the beginning of the last regular business meeting of the semester.
Section 5. The following oath of office, to be administered by the President at the first regular business meeting of each semester and shall be taken by the Non- Constitutional Officers
" I, __________, do hereby swear that I will abide by the National Constitution of Phi Sigma Phi , Constitution, and By - Laws of this chapter, and other rules and regulations governing this chapter in fulfilling the duties of the office which I am about to assume."
BY - LAW 3 - CONSTITUTIONAL OFFICERS
The duties of the five (5) Constitutional Officers shall be the same as those generally understood for each office as prescribed by these By-Laws, by the National Constitution, by the ritual of this fraternity, and by the Officer's handbook of this chapter.
Section 1. Executive duties of the chapter President shall be classified into two (2) areas: the chapter and the National Office
1. He shall preside over all meetings of the chapter.
2. He shall appoint all committees.
3. He shall keep in touch with all committees and attend committee meetings whenever possible.
4. He shall appoint additional officers deemed necessary to the efficient operation of the chapter.
5. He shall maintain liaison with the college administrator.
6. He shall keep the chapter informed of all National Office notices and information of events of interest.
7. He shall see that all national reports are filled out and submitted to the National Office on time.
8. He shall see that all membership fees are submitted to the National Office by the Treasurer.
9. He shall be charged with the protection of property of the National Office that is held by the Chapter.
Section 2. The Vice President shall be delegated the following powers and responsibilities:
1. He shall act in the capacity of the President in the event of the latter's absence.
2. He shall fill in the vacancy of the president for the remainder of the term.
3. He shall aid the President whenever and wherever possible.
4. He shall aid the President by working with committees or any other group toward the betterment of the chapter.
5. He shall supervise the Social Chairman.
Section 3. The Treasurer shall be delegated the following powers and responsibilities.
1. He shall collect and record all membership fees.
2. He shall keep proper records of all financial transactions.
3. He shall complete the budget form at the beginning of each semester or quarter and submit it to the Corresponding Secretary for forwarding to the National Office.
4. He shall submit figures necessary each month for the Activity Report to the Corresponding Secretary so he can, in turn, submit the report on time to the National Office.
5. He shall pay all chapter bills unless otherwise delegated.
6. He shall work with the Corresponding Secretary in sending petitions for membership, ordering jewelry, etc.
7. He shall carry out further duties assigned by the president.
Section 4. The Corresponding Secretary shall be delegated the following powers and responsibilities.
1. He shall answer all correspondence not directed to any specific officer in a prompt and through manner and shall file copies of same in fraternity files.
2. He shall report all changes in officers, committees, and other personnel promptly to the National Office.
3. He shall report all items affecting the chapter which may be of interest to the National Office.
4. He shall contact the National Office for needed information.
5. He shall forward all reports to the National Office as requested or required.
6. He shall assist the Chapter Publicity Director in furnishing news and material for the EQUILATERAL.
7. He shall order all jewelry, paraphernalia, and all supplies needed by the chapter.
8. He shall be responsible for reserving a room on campus for General Business Meetings, Associate Education Meetings, and all other events.
9. He shall carry out further duties assigned by the President.
Section 5. The Recording Secretary shall be delegated the following powers and responsibilities:
1. He shall keep accurate minutes of each meeting.
2. He shall keep a list of addresses and activities for each semester.
3. He shall submit the Membership Report to the Corresponding Secretary for forwarding to the National Office on the proper date.
4. He shall act as custodian of all chapter materials and records and be responsible for archiving minutes and records.
5. He shall carry out further duties assigned by the President.
Section 6. All executive positions except presidential, shall be opened for nominations as prescribed by Omega Chapter By-Law 1, in filling in vacancies.
BY- LAW 4 - NON-CONSTITUTIONAL OFFICERS
The duties of the Non-Constitutional Officers shall be the same as those generally understood for each office as prescribed by this By-Law, by the National Constitution, and by the Officer’s Handbook of this chapter.
Section 1. The Alumni Secretary shall be delegated the following powers and responsibilities:
1. He shall keep an up – to – date copy of all alumni and their addresses.
2. He shall send information and updates to the alumni, whenever deemed necessary.
Section 2. The Associate Education Chairman shall be delegated the following powers and responsibilities:
1. He shall draw up a tentative New Member Education program and submit it to the Chapter Executive Board four (4) weeks prior to the commencement of New Member Association for final revision, and to the membership two (2) weeks prior to the commencement of New Member Association for final approval.
2. He shall assist with rush and be in charge of New Membership Education.
3. He shall handle all dealings with the New Member class concerning the New Member Education program.
Section 3. The Associate Education Assistant shall be delegated the following powers and responsibilities:
1. He shall aid the Education Chairman in drawing up the tentative New Member Program.
2. He shall aid the New Member Education Chairman throughout the rushing and New Member Education periods.
3. He shall act in the absence of the New Member Education Chairman.
4. Will be assigned the position of Associate Education Chairman the following semester.
5. This position will be voted upon and recommendations will be made toward the Executive Board

Section 4. It shall be the duty of the Athletic Director to organize athletic events including, but not limited to, Greek Week and intramurals and administer the chapter athletic program.
Section 5. The Brotherhood Chairperson shall be delegated to the following powers and responsibilities:
1. He shall organize and facilitate the brotherhood activities for each semester.
2. He shall ask other members of the organization when, where, and what activities should be planned.
3. He shall have the final say in the activity.
Section 6. The Chaplain shall be delegated the following powers and responsibilities:
1. He shall give an opening prayer or Words of Wisdom at all chapter meetings.
2. He shall give an opening prayer at any other chapter function where such action would be deemed proper.
Section 7. The Formal Chairman shall be delegated the following powers and responsibilities:
1. He shall organize and facilitate the Spring Formal in the Spring Semester, typically the weekend following Greek Week and Family Weekend.
2. He shall organize and facilitate the Orchid Dance in the Fall Semester typically the first weekend of December.
3. He shall keep contacts and information on ordering of clothing and goods to represent the Omega Chapter of Phi Sigma Phi.
4. He shall maintain the ritual and ceremonial of the chapter.

Section 8. Fundraising Chairperson shall plan and be in charge of all chapter fundraising activities.
Section 9. The Historian shall be delegated the following powers and responsibilities:
1. He shall act as custodian of the chapter scrapbook and work with recording secretary in keeping the archives up to date.
2. He shall collect all materials deemed important for the future publicity or history of the chapter.
3. He shall act as the Chapter Photographer. His duties shall be to take pictures at all chapter functions.
Section 10. The House Manager shall be delegated the following powers and responsibilities:
1. He shall draw up all house rules and submit them to active membership for a majority approval.
2. He shall enforce all laws pertaining to the house as passed by the active membership.
3. He shall have the power to levy fines of members not complying with the rules of the house.
4. He shall serve as chairman at all house meetings.
5. He shall handle all direct house meetings.
6. He shall be responsible for the work of the House Manager’s Assistant.
7. He shall be responsible for a monthly report to the chapter President on House Operations.
Section 11. The House Manager’s Assistant shall be delegated the following powers and responsibilities.
1. He shall keep the required records of all house financial transactions.
2. He shall pay all bills directed to the house, unless otherwise delegated.
3. He shall assist the House Manager whenever and wherever directed.
4. He shall act in the absence of the House Manager.
Section 12. Homecoming / Greek Week Chairperson shall plan and be in charge of all activities and projects during the specified time period.
Section 13. The Information Manager shall be delegated the following powers and responsibilities:
1. Keep the Omega Chapter Web page current and updated in a timely manner.
2. Maintain and distribute the chapter phone list every semester and summer.
3. Keep the current copies of the National, Local, and Alumni Constitutions on a computer format.

Section 14. Inter Fraternal Council Senior Representative shall attend all IFC meetings and report back to the chapter.
Section 15. Inter Fraternal Council Junior Representative shall attend all IFC meetings take the place of the senior representative in their absence. The following semester, the Junior will become the Senior Representative.
Section 16. Judicial Board members will have the following powers, responsibilities, and requirements:
1. Sergeant of Arms shall be head chair of this committee. He only has the deciding vote when needed.
2. E-Board shall decide on the remaining four members. Members of this board must have been active for four semesters.
3. J-Board members shall not be a member of E-Board.
4. J-Board members must be in good standing with the Fraternity.
5. J-Board members shall be implemented for one full year starting fall semester.
6. The committee will assume responsibility of handling all punishments.
7. After deciding what action to take, they will bring their decision back to E-Board for immediate remedy.
8. E-Board will have final say in all decisions.
9. Members of J-Board will also be in charge of adapting and implementing the Omega Chapter’s code of conduct, which will consist of rules, possible sanctions, and / or any other pertinent information.
10. In cases of conflict of interest, J-Board members will stand down from their seat.
Section 17. The Parliamentarian shall be appointed by the President without approval of the chapter. His duty shall be to advise the President and the chapter regarding any questions of procedure. (Parliamentary).
Section 18. Philanthropy Chairperson shall be in charge of all Philanthropy activities
Section 19. The Publicity Director shall be delegated the following powers and responsibilities:
1. He shall send all chapter news to local and national publications.
2. He shall make arrangements for a photographer at all chapter events for the purpose of chapter publicity.
Section 20. The Rush Chairman shall be delegated the following powers and responsibilities:
1. He shall deal with all rush activities for Phi Sigma Phi.
2. He shall be the main contact person for all perspectives
3. He shall be in charge of calling all perspectives to socials, meetings, and other important events.
4. When the perspectives become associates, the duties of rush chairman are complete.

Section 21. The Scholarship Chairman shall be delegated the following powers and responsibilities:
1. He shall be responsible for insuring the minimum GPA for membership in Phi Sigma Phi that is attained by all chapter members.
2. He shall procure, prepare, and submit a Grade Report form to the National Office for every academic term.
3. He will alert the Chapter Executive Board of those members who may be having academic difficulty.

Section 22. The Sergeant – at – Arms shall be delegated the following powers and responsibilities:
1. He shall keep order at all chapter meetings and shall be vested with the authority the authority to levy fines in order to maintain such order.
2. He shall distribute all materials at meetings.
3. He shall call the roll at the meetings and shall be vested with the authority to levy fines for unexcused absences or tardiness at meetings.
4. He shall make sure that the place for meetings is adequately set up.
5. He shall have the power to remove any member from the meeting when and where to do so.
Section 23. Social Chairperson shall be delegated to the following powers and responsibilities:
1. He shall meet each semester with each fraternity and sorority to plan social events.
2. He shall choose an appropriate amount of members for clean up purposes.
3. He shall inform the members of the theme, on the Sunday prior to the social event.

Section 24. Stout Student Association Representative shall attend all SSA meetings and report back to the chapter.
BY – LAW 5 - OTHER POSITIONS
In addition to Constitutional and Non-Constitutional Officers, this chapter shall have the following other positions:
Section 1. The Advisor shall be elected by the chapter. He shall be delegated the following powers and responsibilities:
1. He shall advise the chapter and aid in deciding policies and practices.
2. He shall attend chapter meetings.
3. He shall act upon the request of the chapter as the chapter’s representative to the college administrator.
4. He can become an honorary member.

5. He shall become a permanent personnel of the chapter and aid in periods of officer transition.
Section 2. The Assistant or Co-Advisor, and is optional, shall be elected by the membership. He shall be delegated the following powers and responsibilities:
1. He shall act in cooperation and coordination with the Advisor.
2. He shall act in the absence of the Advisor.
3. He shall become a permanent personnel of the chapter and aid in periods of officer transition.
Section 3. The House Resident shall be an employee of the chapter with the approval of the membership. He shall be delegated the following powers and responsibilities:
1. He shall reside in the chapter house and be available as a chaperon for house social hours.
2. He shall help set a favorable atmosphere in the house for fraternal living.
Section 4. The President and Vice-President shall serve as the two delegates to the National Conclave.
Section 5. The first and second Alternate to the National Conclave shall be elected by the active membership to become the official delegates to the National Conclave in the event that either or both of the regular official delegates are unable to attend.
BY-LAW 6 – COMMITTEES
Section 1. The President shall have the power to appoint all standing and temporary committees and to name the chairman of said committees, unless otherwise stipulated.
Section 2. The Executive Board shall be a standing committee of the chapter. The five (5) Constitutional Officers shall compose this committee. A normal quorum for the Executive Board shall be four-fifths (4/5) of the Constitutional Officers. The President shall act as chairman. The function of this committee shall be as follows:
1. It shall consist of national reports
2. It shall act on matters referred to it by the chapter.
3. It shall act on matters referred to it by the President
4. It shall hold regular meetings at least once a week
Section 3. The following additional standing committees may be established:
1. New Membership Recruitment and Rushing Committee
2. Constitution Committee
3. Ritual Committee
4. Expansion Committee
BY LAW 7 – MEMBERSHIP FEES
Section 1. The National Actives fees shall be the same as those described in the National Constitution of Phi Sigma Phi National Fraternity, Inc., and are presently $35.00. The National Insurance dues will be at $25.00.

Section 2. The Local Active fees shall be those prescribed by the Executive Board and approved by the membership and are presently $60.00. The total cost of the dues we will pay each semester will be $122.50.

Section 3. The National Associate fees shall be the same as those described in the National Constitution of Phi Sigma Phi National Fraternity, Inc., and are presently $50.00. The Local Constitution dues of Phi Sigma Phi National Fraternity Inc., are presently $5.00

Section 4. The Local Associate fees shall be those prescribed by the Executive Board and approved by the membership and are presently $25.00
Section 5. All members shall be the recipients of a fine, not to exceed $5.00 for an unexcused absence at any business meeting. Only the following shall be classified as excused absences:
1. The member is attending other meetings in his major subject area.
2. There is an illness or death in the member’s immediate family.
3. The member is engaged in gainful employment during the meeting.
4. The member is student teacher unable to attend because of distance.
5. The member is a participant in Varsity or Junior Varsity athletics, Student Council, or other major all college activities.

Section 6. All members who shall be inexcusably tardy at any business meeting shall be the recipient of a fine. The period of tardiness shall begin seven (7) minutes after the meeting is called to order and shall end with adjournment.
1. The penalties against any member who arrives inexcusably tardy shall be $1.00 for the first offense, $2.00 for the second offense, $3.00 for the third offense.
2. The maximum penalty against any member who arrives inexcusably tardy to a business meeting shall be $5.00
[Section Amended April 28, 1988]
Section 7. All fines, fees, assessments, ect., shall be paid to the chapter no later than three (3) weeks from the date of their occurrence. If such moneys are not paid by the end of said three (3) week period, a probationary period of one (1) week shall be in effect. If such moneys aren't paid by the end of said probationary period, such cases of delinquencies shall return their badges to the Executive Board which shall hold them for a period of one (1) week before returning them to the National Office, and requesting that the delinquent member(s) be striken from the roll.
BY LAW 8 – COMPOSITE
Section 1. The Chapter shall have a composite taken at least once a year in the spring semester.
Section 2. The Chapter composite shall consist of all members in good standing and the Chapter Advisor. Associates from the semester the composite is taken are not to be included on the composite.
Section 3. The following titles will be included on the composite: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Corresponding Secretary, Recording Secretary, Alumni Secretary, Chaplain, Historian, New Member Education Chairperson, New Member Education Assistance, Sargent –at –Arms, Information Manager, Inter Greek Council Senior Representative, and Inter Fraternal Council Senior Representative. Section 4. The title to be placed under the persons picture is the position the Active holds the day the composite picture is taken.

BY LAW 9 - AMENDMENTS
Section 1.Amendments to these By-Laws may be proposed in writing by any Active at any regular business meeting.
Section 2.Such proposed amendments shall be voted upon at the next scheduled business meeting.
Section 3.A majority of a quorum shall be necessary for the adoption of such proposals.
BY LAW 10 - EFFECTIVE DATE
These By-Laws shall become effective immediately upon their adoption, unless otherwise stated.
